Start date:

Create Proposal Folder (Sales)

  • Create Folder
  • Add KW Analysis & Raw rankings

Contract and DD signed (Sales)

  • Send/receive Contract through DocHub
  • Send/receive Direct Debit through Pay Advantage
  • Schedule a start date at least 4 business days away

Create a Contract Folder & add Contract (Sales)

  • Create Folder
  • Add Contract

Transition to CSM (Sales)

  • Introduce in Welcome email - speak to GF about the allocation
  • Transfer Deal owner in Hubspot
  • Add Client Notes in Hubspot

Make the Asana Campaign Start Task (Sales)

  • CAMPAIGN SETUP TASK CREATED WITH START DATE AND CLIENT
  • List any specific notes such as spend, specialist, migration/new site plans, content creation, content gap, etc

Targeting (Specialist)

  • Finalise keywords with the client
  • Confirm keywords with the Tech team

Confirm Access (Specialist)

Agency Analytics (Specialist)

  • Create a customer profile
  • Add final keywords
  • Connect Google Business profile
  • Connect GA4
  • Link search console
  • Create & schedule report GA4 - payment date

Client (Specialist)

  • Notify the client once everything is set up

Week ⅔ Phone Call (Specialist)

  • Check in with client, ask any final questions regarding keyword research and notify them that you’ll email in the coming week to book in the end-of-month zoom

End of month zoom (Specialist + Sales)

  • Run client through report structure, plan in Asana, quick overview and feedback from the tech audit. Salesperson to attend to provide support/feedback
