Location

1 Oxford St, Collingwood

Use the entrance next to the carport on Oxford St. The Mason St entrance is used exclusively by Bellroy.

You will need a 6-digit door code to get in. Knock loudly if you haven't been provided one.

Hours
  • Office Hours: 7:30 AM - 6 PM
  • Working Hours: 7h 45m per day
  • Lunch: 45 minutes mandatory
  • Common schedules: 7:30am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm

For after-hours access, contact Josh (0423 650 675) to deactivate alarms.

Toilets & Showers
  • Main toilet: Back-right corner (next to kitchen)
  • Second toilet + showers: Corridor next to garage (need passcode to return)

Please clean up after yourself. Contact Grant Ferguson for any issues.

Office Food

Weekly groceries include:

  • Coffee, Tea, Sugar
  • Milk: Full Cream, Soy, Oat, Almond (on request)
  • Fruit, Biscuits

Contact Grant Ferguson to add items to the weekly shopping.

Bringing Food
  • Fridge: Store food, cleared periodically - don't leave over weekend
  • Equipment: Microwave, toasted sandwich press
  • Dishes: Cups, mugs, plates, cutlery available - clean or stack in dishwasher

Locking Up the Office

End of Day Checklist:

  • All blinds shut
  • Coffee machine off
  • Dishwasher on (if needed)
  • Lights off: bathroom, small office, meeting room, main

Friday Cleaning:

  • Tidy and wipe your desk
  • Wipe kitchen bench and tables
  • Water the plants
